MLG was appointed to consult to Lend Lease for the major redevelopment of the Waterbank Development in East Perth in the preliminary and early planning stages.
The role was to assist in analysing:
- The staging of the master plan.
- Competing developments future potential competition.
- Design of apartments.
- Size and mix of apartments.
- Integration with Commercial elements.
